The cuisine will be international and made according the principles of homoeopathy and
individuality. The special essence of the day of the week, the month, the moon phase,
and other cosmic influences will be given consideration. It will not be a purely
vegetarian kitchen. We do not want people to change their eating habits suddenly and
forcefully. As Shri Ramakrishna said: "You do not leave meat, but meat will leave you."
This means, as in everything, it is a process, where you just naturally go into a
different state. This is also our understanding of homoeopathy. All who are not seriously
ill, need no restrictions from us, the physician. The homoeopathic treatment will take
care of everything according to the needs and lessons of the soul.
We would be grateful for your understanding that our campus will be alcohol and cigarette
free.
