One part of our self sufficiency will be to be responsible for the quality of the food and the farming. Our vision here is to work with nature. Does mother nature need all our exuberant help, or is she capable of producing her own wonders without us dabbling with it? We believe our presence is needed in a way different from the commonly accepted view. Our philosophy coincides with the non-manipulation philosophy of Masanobu Fukuoka - Author of One Straw Revolution. We believe that the Kingdom of Nature and the Beings of the Elements are capable of much beyond our dreams. If we become their friends and live with them in peace and love, then we do not have to do much in the physical sense. Naturally you use your hands and the body to sow and reap. But the real work is done on the level of the heart.
