The Daily Routine at Asthanga

Your arrival:

Please go to the reception and you will be taken care of.

The first week is getting to know each other and the surroundings.
In the first few days we will acquaint you with the routine.

After you have settled down we will go for an outing for three days. This will give us a greater spirit of camaraderie and belonging.
